Local-First Storage
Your core data — gigs, invoices, clients, and expenses — is stored privately on your device. SessionsNV works completely offline. Your financial records are always available, even without signal.
On-Device AI
Ask AI and receipt scanning run on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's built-in technology. Your booking emails, PDFs and receipts are never sent to an AI company or to us.
Account Optional
Core features work without an account. Creating an account unlocks real-time features like player invitations and push notifications — powered by secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure.
No Ads. No Tracking. No Data Sales.
SessionsNV contains no advertising and no behavioural tracking. We don't sell your data to third parties, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing purposes of any kind.
Your Own iCloud
If you're signed in to iCloud, SessionsNV can keep a copy of your data in your own private iCloud account. Apple stores and encrypts it, and SessionsNV never has access to it. Turn on Advanced Data Protection for end-to-end encryption.
Secure Cloud for Real-Time Features
Player invitations and push notifications use Google Firebase — a secure, encrypted cloud platform. Only the invitation details are sent. Your invoices, client records and expenses stay on your device.
Keychain-Secured Credentials
Any credentials stored by SessionsNV — such as OAuth tokens for Gmail or Outlook — are secured in Apple's Keychain with WhenUnlockedThisDeviceOnly access. They cannot be read by other apps or accessed remotely.

How we handle your data
Financial data stored on your device
Your gig details, client contacts, invoice records, and expenses are stored locally on your iPhone. This data is never transmitted to our servers. It's yours, and it stays with you.
Cloud used only where it adds real value
Features like player invitations and push notifications require real-time communication between devices. For this, SessionsNV uses Google Firebase — a secure, industry-standard cloud platform used by thousands of apps worldwide. Only the data needed for these features is sent to the cloud.
You are always in control
You can back up and restore all your data — including equipment lists and pack lists — whenever you need to. Delete the app and your local data goes with it. We don't hold your financial information on our end.
OAuth 2.0 for Gmail & Outlook
When you connect Gmail or Outlook to send invoices, SessionsNV uses OAuth 2.0 — the industry standard authorisation method. No passwords are stored. Access tokens are secured in Apple's Keychain and can be revoked at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
