Yes — SessionsNV was built in Australia and includes full Australian tax support: GST calculation, ATO mileage rates, ABN support, a GST threshold tracker, BAS export, and a super savings calculator.

Yes. SessionsNV supports 40+ countries with the correct tax system pre-loaded, including VAT (UK/Europe), HST (Canada), and Sales Tax (USA). Currency symbols are fully configurable.

When you log a gig in SessionsNV, the app generates a branded PDF invoice from your gig details. You can choose to send it immediately, automatically when the gig ends, or at a scheduled time — without any manual steps.

Yes. SessionsNV sends PDF invoices directly from your iPhone or iPad via iOS Mail, Gmail, or Outlook. No desktop required.

No. Your data is stored on your device, so your gigs and invoices are always available, even without signal. You'll only need a connection to email invoices and to send or receive player invitations.

Yes. SessionsNV syncs gigs to Apple Calendar automatically. It also connects to Google Calendar and Outlook so you can see all your commitments in one place.

The player network feature lets you maintain a directory of musicians you work with, check availability, and send gig invitations right in the app — including the date, venue, fee, and a custom message. Players get a push notification and can accept or decline, and you see their answer straight away.

Yes — on the Studio plan. You can export invoices directly to Xero or QuickBooks for accounting-grade reporting.

Not currently. SessionsNV is available on iPhone and iPad running iOS 17.6 or later.

Ask AI turns a booking email, a voice note or a PDF into a new gig. Paste the text, dictate it, or pick a file, and Ask AI fills in the details for you to check before saving. It runs on your device using Apple Intelligence, so your information isn't sent to the cloud. It needs iOS 26 or later on a device that supports Apple Intelligence, and is included with Pro.

Yes. Ask Siri "What's my next gig?" to hear what's coming up, or say "Log a gig" to add one hands-free.

SessionsNV was built by Nat Brice, a working musician based in Australia, who created the app to solve the real frustration of forgetting to invoice after gigs. Every feature exists because he personally ran into the problem.
